• Great prices and candy is made on premises.
• Nothing bad to report.

“They have the BEST chocolate fudge that I have ever eaten! They also have those sugary pastel creams that all but disappeared everywhere else. Love this place!”

• Holiday ribbon candy.
• None.

“I remember the big lollipops when I was little. Not sure if they are still there or not. Will have to go back and see. The kitchen recently reopened for the holidays, as just the candy shop. All the candy is home made. The ribbon candy is hand pulled as it was in the beginning. It's a handed down art and there is no need for a special occasion to stop by here. No candy is bought. It's all make here. Love the chocolate. Love the ribbons. I'm just thankful I don't work there.”

• Disgusting food.

“The cafe claims to be a Mexican restaurant, but is realized a disguised diner. We ordered the chimichanga and chicken quesadilla. The chicken had no flavor. The salsa looked like a can of peeled tomato chucks mixed with jalapenos. The prices did not correspond to the quality of the food or atmosphere. It is a tourist trap. There were stains on the carpeting and the ceiling vents were duty. Part of the ceiling tiles were also falling down! I could not believe the place was "ok" by triple a. Avoid this place at all cost especially if you are in the mood for good Mexican food. The only good part of the visit was our pleasant waitress.”

• Lunch hours are always a zoo.

“Best burgers in the world! A family owned and operated diner type restaurant off one of the side streets near downtown. Open for breakfast and lunch only. The owner and grill master Jerry is one of a kind; enjoy the show.”
