• Warm and inviting environment. Cozy quarters.
• Poor service, high price and inadequate food.

“Quaint setting, cozy atmosphere and inviting. However, that's the only positive experience that I can share at this time. Lackluster service, poor attention to details (Waitress didn't ask if anyone need a drink, bread was sent to the table after 2 requests without butter and plates enough for each guest) Appetizers were served in a timely manner, however, that was the beginning of a long wait (close to 1hour). In the interim, no one asked us if we could use an additional cocktail, soda, coffee or anything. We waited patiently and were served all our meals. Cold, burnt and poorly presented. Some dinners were not edible. After asking to speak to someone, we were insulted by the lack of customer service and etiquette of the owner. They bought us the bottle of wine we ordered. Okay, but we still didn't feel satisfied - physically or mentally. Too bad!”
