• Being allowed to sample the beer before buying.
• Beer too cold for an Englishman!

• Customer Service, employee and management attitude.

“After going in and ordering we had to wait about 5 minutes for our order, we brought this to the attention of the manager, Frank, whom proceeded to get loud and obnoxious with us, the order was given and we sat down to eat. Frank, proceeded to loudly continue to harass us when we tried to eat our meal. This was the store manager, of course his employees began to behave in this manner also. I have to say that this was the worst experience ever, there is no customer service at this location, and I would venture to guess that all Taco Bells are run with the same "Customer Service" attitude.”
