• Their breakfast sausage was delicious. Breakfast was fun with their tasty specials.
• Their service was good, but they could be more welcoming at times.

“Our family has been visiting the Kaufman's House for the past 10 years, even when we lived in Syracuse, NY. The food was good, the prices were reasonable, especially the breakfast. You can get a complete breakfast for under $7. They have fresh fruit, which was hard to get at other places. Now that we live in the area, you can find my Husband and I there every Saturday morning. We only eat there for dinner on occasions and it also has been a good experience.”

“We ate there at noon on a Sunday. The food was very good, but the service was very poor. We were seated immediately and water was brought; but we waited for 8-10 long minutes for menus to arrive, even though there were only 3 other persons in our room of 15 tables. After an appetizer and salad (both quite tasty), we waited nearly 20 minutes for our main course--two specials of the day, which one might imagine were more readily available than a normal, off-the-menu-item. The dishes obviously had been placed for some time under a warming lamp. The waitress was unseen during that entire time, although other wait staff in our room were readily apparent. We drove 45 minutes to this restaurant and will hesitate to go again because of the very poor service. If near Zelienople, however, we will eat there again for the good food!”

• Good breakfast, great waitresses, quick service.
• The smoke from the patrons smoking cigarettes is awful. There is no non smoking section. Please go non smoking!

“My husband and I go to country kitchen often. The waitresses are all terrific. Service is quick. Breakfast is the best.”
