• This is by far the best lodging in Douglas County!
• The Illume is a one-off only available in Douglas County!

“I had the pleasure of staying 3 nights at the Inn and was impressed by the spacious, comfortable, quiet and scrupulously clean room. The restaurant menu was incredibly comprehensive and all three dinners were perfectly prepared, appropriately hot or cold, and absolutely delicious. Because of my conference schedule the first two nights, I arrived at the restaurant very close to closing but was greeted as if we all had hours to enjoy the meal. Every staff member was genuinely friendly and caring and provided the epitome of customer service. All future stays in the greater Roseburg area will be at the Illume.”

• Absolutely the best pie Ive ever had let alone the prime rib.
• A tablecloth would have been nice atmosphere.

“I had the best prime rib dinner that I believe I've ever had! My wife and I ordered a 12-oz prime rib as it was their Saturday night special and it was melt in your mouth delicious! Our salad's came and were lovely mixed greens with homemade rolls that were out of this world. We were pleased thus far, enjoying our dinner with a couple glasses of wine from their selection of local wineries. Then the main course came. A lovely medley of fresh vegetables cooked just right, baked potato with extra sour cream and chives and the prime rib. It barely all fit on the platter, the meat was done exactly to the medium rare that we ordered and the fresh horseradish was awesome. (The mind boggles thinking about eating a 16-ounce one!) We actually managed to eat it all and then ordered a slice of their homemade coconut pie to share. Heavenly! I usually leave the crust behind as I don't like many but they make delicious ones here! We will definitely stop whenever we're visiting and try more of their dinners and mouthwatering selection of homemade desserts! Keep up the great food!”
