• We enjoyed making jokes about our incompetent and unresponsive waiter until it was no longer funny.
• The services was terrible and the management's indifference to the rotten service was inexcusable.

“If I could give a score of zero I would. My wife and I went to this place for dinner on Valentine's day 2009. The service was so bad that after arriving at 6:30 pm we and everyone else in the main dining room had walked out by 8:30. Not a single person was served anything but salad and drinks. One or two experienced members of the wait staff tried to help but the kitchen was unresponsive. No one from management came out to explain, and no one from this place every called afterward to explain the atrocious service and try to make amends. They had my phone number, so they could have called. I will never go there again and I advise anyone considering any meal there to go elsewhere. And whoever manages this place should get a clue about customer relations.”
