  • Good food.
  • Problems with parking and the manager/owner is not so good.

“Please, be aware when trying to park your vehicle. The parking area is disorganized. There are no signs for exit or entrance. Cars are coming and going in different directions. You also may encounter parking attendant that will whistle to get you attention. Totally unprofessional! In addition, do not even try to speak with manager/owner because he will yell at you and disrespect you even more. Do not try to give any suggestion as the manager/owner thinks he is the Greek God.”

  • Food was excellent - service was great!
  • Couldn't eat all the food. Plate was so full!

“The food here is the best Italian food I have had in the USA! My compliments to the chef! I would highly recommend Otto's if you love good Italian food!”

  • Decor.
  • Quality of beef.

“Stepping into the nicely decorated restaurant gave us a good feeling. We saw the wine list which was pretty pricey but didn't let that put us off. We ordered one $40 steak and one $27 sirloin and both were fatty and overcooked. The waitress tried telling us it was the light that made them look brown but the lack of juices and inferior quality of the meat told us otherwise. We will not go back!”

  • Ladies room is in dire need of renovation and has been for a long time.

  • Not a place for children under 12.

“Excellent food, great atmosphere, waitresses and bartenders. One of our favorite restaurants and, by far, the best Italian food in WNY.”
