• The waiting time.

“The best Colombian restaurant on Long Island, the service is great and the people are very friendly you feel like you are at home and you know this people for a long time. The food is wonderful. I would recommended too anyone. Mi Tierrita Restaurant is the Best!”

• Inattentive service.

“The food is consistently great. One of the best Colombian food restaurants on Long Island. The service, though, one of the worst on Long Island. Come for the food, but definitely not the service.”

• Huge portions, come hungry.
• A little greasy, but that's expected.

• The waiter (matt) was very nice and honest!
• Everything else.

“I actually saw a roach! Crawling on a table. When I pointed it out to my waiter, I was told that the management did not want to pay for an exterminator more than twice a year, so the place was over run with bugs! We had eaten half our dinner at that point, but we couldn't finish after that comment. The food up to that point was ok. ”

“I've heard so many good things about this restaurant. Maybe, I was over-hyped. Maybe, I ordered the wrong thing. ... Or maybe the fried shrimp were so greasy that I won't come back. Hmmm... vote the last one.”
