• Nothing at all.
• Horrible all the way around.

“I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The place was filthy and the employees were less than well kept. As I was standing in line watching my food being prepared the kid dropped a utensil. He was going to use that same utensil to prepare my food. I asked him to get a clean one. The manager, got an attitude with me and accused me of lying about the utensil. She was very rude and unaccommodating. Also, she had a friend there visiting her who she was more interested in talking to than helping customers. And from the conversation that I heard, they were visiting about illegal activities. I will never go back to this establishment unless their is a change of management.”

• There weren't any dead cockroaches on the floor.
• There were plenty of flies buzzing around.

“I should have given this one a pass the minute I set foot in the door. No greeting at all, let alone being shown a table. Not even a nod and a "seat yourself" from a waiter. We did get a menu (dirty) and were asked for our drink order fairly promptly. The drinks were flung on the table and the waiter was gone before we could say anything. Ordered burgers and fries and then sat there for an hour. I am not exaggerating. An hour! Not a word from any of the staff explaining or apologizing for the long wait. Yes it was a holiday weekend, and yes they were busy, but there was no waiting for seating or any other indication that there would be that long of a wait for the food. Finally we were brought one burger and two orders of fries. When asked about the other burger, waiter looked confused. Apparently, two burgers and two orders of fries were too complex of an order for them to get straight. We were out of there. We didn't want to wait another hour for the second burger. No, there was no apology. Just a terse "we're busy." yes, they did make us pay for the drinks. No, I will never go back although I visit Madill frequently...”
