• Food was good.
• Service was awful.

“I was with a group of 36. Pre-arrangements were made for the banquet room. Our sitting was changed to the main room. Scattered among other guest. The food was excellent although we didn't have the choice we were given ahead of time. The service is something to be desired. The waitresses were rude & Inconsiderate. Our group will not return.”

“Food was great, service was great and you get enough food to fill you up at a very reasonable cost. To the Brown's staff, keep up the great friendly service. It makes getting off the I-79 all worth while.”

“Have stopped here many times for breakfasts and lunch while heading north or south on the I79. Its just about one minute from the Portersville exit. Friendly family run country kitchen, popular with the locals. Cheap and cheerful. A great meeting place for those heading out of Pittsburgh up to the state parks or lakes.”
