  • Great coffee.
  • Workers need to speak and understand English better.

“I used to frequent McDonalds in Randleman quite a bit in the past (twice a week or more), due to it's convenient location to wal-mart, having the fastest drive-thru and the fact they have the best coffee period. However, in the past few months, the majority of new hires have been Hispanic. It darn near seems impossible to communicate proficiently enough to get a correct order. My husband and I went for breakfast on sat., June 30th and waited in line at the counter from 8:12 am to 8:27 am just to place our order behind 2 other people. We received our food at 8:32 am. It doesn't end there...my pancakes were cold. This was the 3rd bad experience at this location in less than 2 weeks. Needless to say, we haven't been back and don't plan on going back.”
