• Bartender was nice and made decent drink.
• The hotel manager not concerned about giving importance to health measures of customers.

“I tried this restaurant but I was very disappointed in the quality of way the food was prepared. I noticed that the chef had dropped the meat on the floor which was for the next hibachi table beside me. He picked it up and continued to cook on the hibachi table. I almost could not believe it happened. I did say something but they denied it happened. I called Manager over and he said he pulled it out from cooking tray. I did not want to continue to eat my meal at all. If they had been doing it right from the beginning, I would have considered that but the lack of respect for health of their clients will make me never go back there.”

• A very well-run restaurant with great management, employees, food and atmosphere.

“Things have surely changed at this location, and I would tend to think probably chain-wide as well. The service is always decent, I haven't had to send my steak back to the kitchen in many years (I'm a chef's nightmare, liking my steak well done) and the service has remained consistent We started noticing little things the past few visits, and I know businesses are struggling because of the economy, but it's just difficult when you are used to a certain thing and are no longer getting it. No more ketchup bottles on the table. You get a pre-portioned blob in a little dish, house salads that come with the entree now use grape tomatoes rather than the plum tomatoes which I love, the bowls used now hold a smaller portion of salad, and they are skimpy with the dressing. Restaurant is always clean, restrooms always clean and I notice when they have parties waiting to be seated, they usually send someone around with appetizers to make the wait a pleasant one.”

• Horrible food and service.

“Warning! This place should just close down. My kids enjoy going to Friendly's Restaurants but this one was just horrible. The food taste old and we all got sick. We should have knew something was fishy when we only saw 2 cars parked in the lot. Stay away.”

• Friendly and good food.
• They don't always have the cheesy onion soup.

“We have eaten there many times and have always had excellent food with portions too large to finish. The waiters and waitress' are very friendly and helpful.”

• Too small of portions.

“Even though I have eaten there several times, I am starting to think twice about that. Even though the food is good I feel that they don't give enough food for the price. For families of low to middle income, this place is where you could not eat on a regular basis.”
