- Convenient location.
- Food used to be excellent, service used to be good. Both are now poor.
“Food used to be excellent. Now it is mediocre at best. The place was not crowded when we were there but either our server, who was friendly but with a tinge of arrogance and indifference, or the kitchen made us wait for our meals. This used to be one of our favorite places. Food, atmosphere and service have all plummeted.”

“This was absolutely the worst Italian food that we have ever had. It took forever to get our food and when we did, we wished that it had not. The eggplant parmesan was more breading than anything else and the marinara sauce tasted like it came straight from a can. My daughters had the homemade ravioli with that same nasty tomato sauce. We all felt sick to our stomach afterwards. You would be better off stopping at a supermarket and picking up some pasta and Ragu sauce than eating at the hotel. We will never go there again.”

- Waitress.
- Food, flavor, owner.
“One of the worst restaurants I've visited. Went with my wife and 3 kids. My wife had the special which was OK. Kids had shrimp scampi (no flavor), chicken fingers (bad fries and Italian seasoning on the chicken) and pizza (ALL cheese, no sauce). My meal was the worst - white clam sauce. It came out in "chunks" which they described as "thickener". Sent it back, asking for plain shrimp scampi. Meal came back in 30 seconds, still with residue from the first meal. Horrible tasting. Owner stated they start their clam sauce with "shrimp scampi" base. Never heard of that before.”
