• Food was good.
• Patty missing, service.

“Unfortunately Patty K's is now Yvonne's the food was good but it is not the same without Patty. Was there on Sunday and the service was not as good as usual. Waitress was friendly but she just never came back to see us. Maybe her first day. Seem to be very tense, bring back Patty. Heard she is around but didn't see her. Need to see her and her friendliness. Place needs its.”

• Need a little bit of modernizing.

“Great food been there quite a few times for breakfast and lunch and always come away very satisfied. The breakfast is fresh, huge, and tasty. You will not be disappointed.”

• Very good food. Friendly and courteous servers.
• Needs some remodeling but it is comfortable.

“EXCELLENT! Great breakfast! Big overstuffed omelets, stuffed with fresh vegetables. Good coffee and friendly service. Couldn't ask for more. Lunch was also good. We had great wraps and soups. Surprisingly for a beach town there were quite a few healthy offerings. Kudos to Patty. Will be back to try dinner.”

• The owners really care about every customer.
• I wish they were open longer hours.

“This place is fantastic. The owners really work hard to make sure all their customers have all their needs met and really act happy to see you there. Even if I am not in ocean grove I will go out of my way to go there to eat, food is fresh, service is fast and pleasant and food is always hot. The way they serve their tea is totally unique. Everything is clean and comfortable. I just love this place and want everyone to eat there since the owners totally deserve it for all their hard work. I only wish they were also open in the evening for dinner, but I guess we all need to rest! Please give this place a try, you will love it.”

• We love the service, atmosphere, and the food.
• It was raining one day that we went and we got a little wet because we love sitting on the covered section of the outside restaurant.

“My husband and I go to The Starving Artist for breakfast or lunch every time we are in Ocean Grove. We discovered it a few years ago when we stayed in Ocean Grove for the week. My husband is an artist and lost his job a few months earlier so when we came upon The Starving Artist we both laughed and decided that this was the place for us to go. We love it and plan on going again this summer.”
