• Place looked so nice to walk in to.
• Service. Manager.

“Our waiter was so incredibly rude and refused to help us out. He refilled our coffee once because we finally had to stop him in his tracks and ask for it. He slammed everything down on our table never spoke kindly to us. Another waiter had to stop what he was doing to refill our drinks, get us boxes and we still had to wait at least 20 more minutes for our check! However, he took care of the table besides us very well. We didn't do anything to him, didn't speak rudely to him. I finally got a manager who basically said that he was too busy with a party to take care of us. And blew me off. I will definitely make sure no one I know goes there. That kind of service is unacceptable.”

• Homemade pasta!
• Little too classy for my college budget.

“Go and get the homemade cavatelli with meatball - it's something like eleven dollars, comes with a salad and bread. Their pasta is fantastic. The entertainment book, if you get it, usually has a buy-one-get-one-free entry coupon for this location if you invest in it. The book is usually around 30 dollars and can be purchased at Barnes & Noble (as well as through many high school fund raisers).”

• Homemade - family friendly - spacious - beautiful decor - friendly service.
• I don't have any negative comments.

“Great place to eat! Great menu choices - great food - great presentation. Food is homemade/prepared from scratch (it's very obvious) Friendly service. Attention to detail. Nice spacious seating between tables providing privacy for customers. Scachetti's needs a web site so that customers can see for themselves just how beautiful the restaurant is. We are regular customers. Highly recommend!”

• Food is great!
• Service needs work.

“I have been a loyal patron for many years. The last few visits were disappointing mainly because of the servers. The food was good and worth the wait. However, our server was not attentive. We were served our meal then abandoned. When she did finally come back there were no apologies, in fact, almost as if we were the intrusion. This happened on the last two visits. I hate to see a great restaurant lose customers because of poor servers. I will be back with the hopes the service does not overshadow the incredible food.”

• The menu is great - the 'special's are even better!
• Other than waiting for a table - which we don't mind - there is nothing bad to say.

“We have dined at Trax several times and have never been disappointed. From appetizers to dessert, the meals have been super. {Drink special are an added bonus} The new owner, and the long time head chef will see to it that your experience is a positive one. There are several dinner specials daily plus a great 'regular' menu, something for everyone! The staff is very friendly too. We are looking forward to the new tropical themed patio which is set to open this summer. ”
