• The fact that the food is fresh and depending on your choices, healthy.
• The fact that they aren't open for dinner!

“The restaurant is located in an old Victorian style house, in a very small formerly bustling railroad town. It offers a daily lunch buffet that is very simple in its' offerings. The fried chicken, biscuits and cornbread are served daily but the remaining menu is rotated weekly. There are usually two other meats to choose from and six to seven side/vegetable choices. There is a small, but adequate salad bar and a dessert bar with at least five different choices served daily. The appeal of the seaboard is the fresh cooked from scratch home cooking you always find there. They serve the most delicious sweet tea, Mac n cheese, collards, turnips, fried okra, sweet potato casserole, lima beans, field peas n snaps, big 44s, beef tips and gravy, ribs, well, you get the picture. The food really does taste like your grandma made it.”
