“The greeter was very friendly and accommodating to our wants, our server was the best, she was very friendly, helpful and informative. She explained the different foods to our group, she is great and an asset to the establishment. every dish that we ordered was very tasty and hot. the pasta was cooked to perfection. I ordered the bowtie with eggplant and spinach, knock your socks off, the pasta with shrimp as great and the veal and scallops was superb. I will come back until I have tasted every item on the menu, bread was out of this world and I live in South Philadelphia, we have great bakeries but this bread was awesome.”

“I have both frequented and suggested too many folks that La Posata Ristorante is more than a ristorante. It is an experience! I highly recommend this fine establishment. The atmosphere is wonderfully Italian. The servers are friendly (they make you feel like you belong as part of the family). The food is excellent and Ive tried many entrees. The owner is friendly; the managers welcome you as if they've known you for years. You won't be disappointed! A group of 12 of us visited last night on October 11, 2007 and it was as good as it was when I visited in July 2007 and in 2006. Keep up the great work as this will be our choice for years to come!”

- The homemade pasta and soups are out of this world!
- They don't serve alcohol so if you wanted drinks its BYOB.
“I absolutely love this restaurant. The pasta is home made, not packaged and Ive not had one meal there that wasn't delicious and well portioned. For the high quality of food you get, the prices are very reasonable and the specials are unique. The staff is friendly and will offer suggestions if you can't decide. The atmosphere is relaxed and homey. I highly recommend you try this little gem of a restaurant - you won't be disappointed!”

Marlton Tavern

- Decent bar food. Ok dinners. Good beer selection.
- Valet, weird vibes, service.
“We've lived in Marlton for about 4 years now and have gone to the Marlton Tavern several time. A couple times for dinner, a couple times for lunch, and a bunch of times just for drinks. The food is always good, not the best, but good. Atmosphere is cool, an old house nestled on Main Street. The worst part about our experiences has been the valet parking. Don't get me wrong, a great service, but the regular guy parking the car is a true disgrace. We pulled in last night, 3 cars filled with people looking for a fun time. He wasn't there, the lot was empty, so we parked our cars. As we walked across the parking lot, he came out of nowhere and berated us. Although the cars were already parked, he wanted us to get in, turn around in the tiny lot and pull back up to his sign so he could park them. So we talked to him for a bit, gave him our keys, and included a tip. As we walked up the ramp, he got in one of our adequately parked cars, started it, and gunned the gas, spinning the tires. That was it, we asked him to get out of the car and he did, but not without major attitude! He started yelling about "just doing his job" and other nonsense. We all left. What a waste. This was the second time the same guy gave me a problem and gave me attitude. I wouldn't trust my car with him and I'll never return. It stinks because the place is cool, but this valet, who is their only one, ruined our experience more than once. The Tavern lost the patronage of 10 people last night, forever. Like I said, although the food is good, the management and owners scream "weird!"”

- Good food scent, great pasta, huge portions, reasonable price.
- Some servers are slower than others, but not many.
“La Posata is a great Italian restaurant. When you first enter, the luscious scent draws you in. The staff is friendly and quick to bring fresh bread when you are seated. The food (fresh pasta made on site!) is always delicious. The Pasta Fazoul soup is a standard and is very good. But if you are in the mood for salad, the house vinaigrette is also tasty. The entrees have huge portions and are very reasonably priced. My co-workers and I figured out that we spent the same amount of money at TGI Friday's for chicken fingers and fries that we spent at La Posata, and we got a much higher quality meal with more food. I very much recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal! ”
