• Bangalore Masala Dosa and Sambhar.
• The depressive lady at the counter. She should be a corrections officer in prison.

“The place offers some of the best south Indian fast food in the area. It is not a "restaurant". It's more of a fast food place, no attention to details kind of a place. I always call ahead and take out the food because of the atmosphere and the lady, which is a shame because dosas are best eaten right there.”

• Lady at Register.

“Beware of the woman at the register. She is so incredibly grumpy that she might eat your head off if you ask her a question. I am convinced that she has lost her ability to smile. Arrogance + Grumpiness + Rudeness personifies the service. Food is very good.”

• The scary looking woman at the counter who stares at you like you asked her for her kidney!

“I and my friend sat at the "restaurant" for five minutes while they just stared at us. They don't seem to have heard the term "customer service." We actually walked out after a while.”

• Attention to denoting room & lady at register.

“I agree with prefood is really very good, excellent value for your money. Few suggestions for improvements to customer experience. Place can be kept bit cleaner by continuous cleaning. Service could be improved by making sure that cold, clean water is available to drink 3. All these can be done with one person looking out after dining area. But biggest of all is lady on front register - she is absolutely grumpy and often rude; a friendly smile and politeness would make customer happy who is just trying to order something, who may have a question or two.”

• Bangalore dose, samba and chutney are good.
• Service is horrible. The owner/lady at the counter is very grumpy all the time.

“The Bangalore doses are really good. Idly and races are good too. I think chutney and samba matters the most when you are eating doses - and those are good here. The coffee is the worst whenever or if ever they have it. The lady at the counter is very grumpy all the time and ready to fight for a penny. Sometimes my husband and I avoid going to this place because we don't like looking at her face.”
