- The service and food.
“They skimp you on everything. Their alcohol was horrible, very watered down, and cheap. They do not know how to run a fine banquet facility. Food takes hours. Wait did I say food?, I mean dirt. The owners should be ashamed of themselves for such a D-List banquet hall. The bathrooms were very dirty, and smelt horrible. Their outside is ugly, featuring a view of the back of the hall. It looks like it was run down. They had one bartender for over 200 people and he cant serve for his life. So expensive, yet they are so cheap when it comes to portions. Serving drinks in short size glasses is not normal, and refusing a larger glass is even more unacceptable.”

- Most breakfast food very good. Quesadillas very good.
- Crepes not good. Burgers only okay.

- Location, look of banquet halls.
- Management, service and not honest.
“I love Indian food, people and the culture, I'm Hispanic, but this place gives Indian banquets a bad name. Service was bad, food wasn't labeled, paid extra for desserts that were never served. One bar tender for 240 people. Paid extra for top liquor and I caught the bar tender serving cheap vodka to my guests and they even went as far as to charge for the grey goose that we paid extra for. Didn't have the hall ready and had my guests waiting 1 1/2 hr outside and didn't even try to accommodate them. Bathrooms where nasty had to bring my own basket of supplies for ladies room. Waiting team would remove drinks, food from tables without asking if guest were done. What a disaster. So beware, she's deceiving an unprofessional all she cares is about making money and not her clients needs. The place has potential but needs some fixing along with new management.”

“Just horrible. We made a reservation for 9:30. When we reached at 9:30, we were told to wait and finally got our tables at 10:15, not to mention that again the table that we got was cramped, but we just wanted to eat and get out of there. Coming to the food and service, that was horrible too. We ordered house wines. When the wine came in, it had ice in it. When asked why there was ice in the wine, they said that the wine wasn't cold and they put ice in it to make the wine cold. What horrible service. Shouldn't they ask if we were ok with ice in our wines. The food was good but as the way our night was going, the orders were messed up. One of my friends was vegetarian, she got my chicken. We all decided we will not go there again. Just horrible service. The young attendants at the entrance had horrible attitude and was giving us a feeling that she was doing us a big favor by letting us in the restaurant.”
