• The soup.

“Rarely would I steer anyone away from an establishment, however, my way of rating a restaurant is this "would I go back?" No. The apparent disregard for the patron has run amuck in this restaurant (my only experience is Monday night. To be fair, the soup (crme of tomato basil with crab) was excellent. Don't get the vegetable lasagna, all the carefully described ingredients (from the over-verbose menu) were undercooked, except for the ones missing. My comment to the waitress about the missing parts of the meal was met with an "I didn't notice" nothing more, no apology, no show of interest, nothing. Next time Ill stop at the greasy spoon hot dog & hamburger place right around the corner, and probably be more satisfied.”

“I travel to Johnstown from Altoona because there's nothing like a great meal before shopping, only wish we had a Ryan's in Altoona, my life would then be complete.”

• Salad lousy, service bad, baked potato not done, cold desserts dried out.

• My milk was good.
• My breakfast never produced satisfaction in my stomach, because it never showed up!

“These people need to go back to school for training on a breakfast buffet. How does a restaurant run out of food! That's what people were being told. No breakfast to be found on Sunday after 9:45, their comment was that they had run out of food. So why not tell people paying for breakfast, that you have none.”
