• The food.
• Too many other people found out about it.

“Excellent food! So good that it's often a long wait to get a table; and once seated, the wait staff is often busy waiting other tables; and the air-conditioning is challenged in the summer. The salads, main, specials and deserts are all excellent! Never had a bad meal there. The Grape/Pear/Blue salad is divine. And the Chocolate Tort is the best in the land. So, make a reservation (call before 5) and relax and enjoy the feast!”

• Waitress good, salad good, iced tea good
• Watery food, tasteless food, watery corn on the cob

“Personally, the food that we chose, broiled, probably would have tasted better if it were fried. Breading and frying food helps to disguise the flaws. Instead of a baked potato, I chose corn on the cob. It had exactly no flavor whatsoever and spurted water when I bit into it. (All over me and the table). The scallops were tasteless and the small, very small shrimp were mushy and watery. The crab cake or whatever it was .tasty but dry and salty. We had to give up on the meal before we started. The manager was very nice but became highly defensive. We offered to pay for the entire meal but were surely to vent our disappointment to him. He said the meal was on him. We asked to pay for the salad, which was good, and pay for the iced tea. We did that. We gave the waitress her full tip as she had nothing to do with the disappointing dinner. We will go back again when we are in the mood for breaded and fried fish and seafood. Just to give them a second chance. Bon appetite!”
