  • Horrible manager and attitude!

“The restaurant was cold in all facets. The restaurant was cold in temperature, the food served had a bug in the salad, and the manager was cold in his response to correcting the situation. At that point we just left after feeling totally snubbed by the owner or manager. He did not apologize after he was aware of the live bug drenched in the salad dressing that was almost consumed. He said that the steaks are fully cooked and won't have bugs? That's not an appropriate response. He did not even ask us how the situation could be resolved. He showed no care, remorse, or guilt and all he had to say is if I wanted to leave, it was okay before we even got served our meal. So we got up and left. I would've not known that this restaurant could treat their customers so poorly when the customer was not at fault until Friday night.”
