  • The hot dogs with the special sauce cannot be beat anywhere.
  • Sometimes you are so busy I can't get a seat but I still wait.

“I was born and raised in Wellsville. It was one of my favorite places to eat as a youngster. I left when I was 17 for the Air Force. I am now 69 and, still have relatives in Wellsville so, I come back home frequently. One of the first places I go when I come back is Texas Hot. They were delicious then and still are!”

  • The food is great and cheap.
  • They are only in a small town in New York.

“I love the Texas cheeseburger, the fact that the waitresses are sweet like your aunts and that they feel no reason to conform to chain restaurants. I love Texas hot for what it is. Great priced food, that you can only get in one place. The fries with gravy are a hit too and you always have to have a piece of home-made pie.”
