Cosmo Pizza Shop, Inc
Jul 3, 2008 by Lori from Syracuse
Overall Rating: 1 User Rating Score: 1

  • It was on time.
  • Too much to mention, see my above comment.

“We received the food timely, but the food was not very desirable. The super loaded chicken Philly left me wondering if the regular chicken Philly had any topping, or chicken for that matter, on it and the chicken was way overcooked and tasted a bit burned. The turkey club was very small for the price of almost $10.00 each, the size of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The real shock came when I called the manager to complain.”

Ambrosia
May 14, 2008 by Adam from Grand Rapids, MI
Overall Rating: 1 User Rating Score: 1
Food:[4] • Service:[1] • Atmosphere:[3]

  • Nothing.
  • Service, would have given a negative rating if I could.

“Worst service I have ever received. We were at our table for over 2 hours after we ordered and walked out because we had not received our food. We only saw our waiter 3 times. The appetizers were a terrible value. I would go hungry before I set foot in this place again.”

Coleman's Authentic Irish Pub Inc
Apr 22, 2008 by patrick from syracuse
Overall Rating: 6 User Rating Score: 6
Food:[5] • Service:[5] • Atmosphere:[6]

  • Nothing much.
  • Everything else.

“One of the most overrated places in all of Central New York. Slow service at bar. Shoddy service in dining room. Mediocre food at best. Survives only on its name and the fact that it's a neighborhood singles bar. The longer the staff is employed there, the more of a sense of entitlement they seem to develop. The bartenders are relatively slow, and pour less than stellar drinks. Beer is often flat and ill tasting (dirty tap lines, and Ive witnessed bartenders stir beers with straws right before servers take them to patrons, giving the quick illusion there is "head" on the beer).”

Faegans Cafe & Pub
Mar 10, 2008 by Kay from Maine
Overall Rating: 7 User Rating Score: 7
Food:[7] • Service:[7] • Atmosphere:[9]

  • Atmosphere, variety of brews, affordable.
  • Salmon sandwich.

“My husband and I spend the weekend in Syracuse to see the Orange defeat Marquette. We went to Faegans twice. On our first visit, we shared a cup of the French Onion Soup. The soup had excellent flavor and was not too salty. A definite 10. For entrees, my husband enjoyed a Chicken Cheesesteak sandwich on a sub roll. It was tasty. I ordered the Turkey Burger. I did send it back to be cooked a bit more; the middle seemed a bit undercooked when I cut it in half. The flavor of the burger was great and all the portions were generous. The mixed drink I ordered was average and my husband tried a variety of brews throughout the weekend that he truly enjoyed. The second meal we ordered during the weekend was a plate of nachos and a Salmon sandwich. The nachos were yummy. Three different chips were used and were covered with cheese, tomatoes, olives, peppers, and onions. Three sides were given: Guacamole, Salsa, and Sour Cream. My husband said it's the only Guacamole he's ever liked. Although the salmon was an extremely generous portion for a sandwich, the taste of it was just too fishy. I should have ordered the daily special of quiche which looked very good for the customer sitting next to me. If you want decent pub fare at a decent price, I encourage you to stop by. Faegans is the place to go when getting ready to see the Orange. The energy and the atmosphere were outstanding.”

Ruby Tuesday
Feb 17, 2008 by Justin from Syracuse, NY
Overall Rating: 1 User Rating Score: 1
Food:[4] • Service:[1] • Atmosphere:[2]

  • When I walked out of the place.
  • The service is the worst I have ever experienced.

“Worst service I have ever had in my life. Take my advice go to Old Chicago upstairs in the Mall. You would get better customer service going to China Max in the food court than going to Ruby Tuesday's.”
