• Appetizers.
• Service.

“The service here was the absolute worst. The place is small with maybe six tables so we took seats at the bar. Ten minutes after we sat another couple, obviously friendly with the staff and owner, sat at the bar next to us. Although they arrived after us and ordered after us, they received both their appetizers and entrees 10 minutes before us. While waiting for our entrees, we could here the kitchen ringing a bell to pick-up food, hoping it was ours. But the waitress/bartender continues to clean a table, take an order and serve drinks, while our food sat in the kitchen and then once we finally got it, arrived cold. The appetizers, carpaccio and beets with goat cheese were good, but the entrees skirt steak and chicken piccatta pasta, in addition to being cold were nothing above ordinary. I do not recommend a visit.”

• Bagels are amazing.
• Quality not consistent.

“The bagels are great, but not consistent. In my dozen, Ill get some that are two inches high (great!) But some are flatter. 80% of the customers on weekday mornings are there to order egg sandwiches, so the line can be long and slow. They are well staffed. A previous review said the staff was rude. I wouldn't say rude, but they're not overly friendly. On Sunday, the ladies are all wearing their Sunday best. I assume they are off to church in between their shift. I will continue to make the trip there, but I don't know for how long.”

• Friendly bar staff.
• Manager lied and tried to deceive, no honesty.

“Ordered a spring mix salad, they brought romaine lettuce. Spoke with head manager about the problem, he brought out ice burg lettuce and was happy with the deception. Contacted corporate, left extensive email. No response in over thirty days. Bar staff kind and understanding.”

• Bagels are tasty.
• Staff is rude.

“The staff is rude-does not understand simple orders-each time you say something they repeat the wrong thing several times. The bagels are good but not worth dealing with rude staff who mock customers. They talk to each other more than the customers. Former customer.”
