• Clean, modern, attractive, authentic food.
• Nosiy, busy, overcrowded.

“I'm sorry, but this restaurant needs a new manager. Although the dining area is modern and nicely decorated, the waitresses ran around the room which gave the impression that there was chaos. With tables so close together, I could practically hear the other patrons breathing! My husband couldn't hear me from across our small table as the noise level was no louder than a school cafeteria. Some more elbow room between tables, perhaps a CD playing with soft dining music would inspire other diners to bring conversation to a more appropriate level. We waited nearly 20 minutes to receive our bill. Although the food was very very good, we unfortunately won't be making a trip back to Sibio's anytime soon unless I bring some asprin!”

“I think that Sibios is one of the nicest places I have eaten in a long time. People are friendly. Family owned and operated business. Clean. Wonderful food.”
