• Great, fresh crispy fries.
• Changed wings.

“From what I understand, this restaurant is going through a change in owners and I think it will take a little while to get the kinks out. Their wings are to die for, especially when asked for crispy. The other day, though, they didn't have the usual flavor a seasoned flavor they usually have, they weren't crispy, were big and fatty and swimming in sauce loaded with black pepper.”

• I liked the upbeat atmosphere. I liked the speed of service.
• I thought the lobby could have been bigger.

“I recently ate at the Red Lobster here in my hometown, Mentor Ohio. I hadn't been there in a while, because there is usually a long wait for a table. This time, there was about a half hour wait for a table, so the hostess very graciously referred me to eat at the bar. I was greeted at the bar by a very enthusiastic gentleman (bartender) and was barraged with choices of food ranging from fresh fist to a huge combo meal which I understood to be limited time only. I got it and it came out fresh and hot and I hope it stays on the menu. The service was fabulous. Lots of teamwork, and I have no complaints. I really recommend eating at the bar where all the guests truly interacted with each other there was television and the bartender was really, really, fast. He seemed to be doing 10x the work of the other servers, and got the patrons exactly what they needed, while helping other staff. If you want to avoid the wait and probably get better service, I recommend eating at the bar at Mentor Red Lobster.”

“I try to stop whenever I am in the area. Good place for to get to know the area and local people. If you¿re on a business trip they will make you feel at home.”
