• Not enough space to say whats is negative.

“Worst place I have ever eaten at. I go out 2-3 times a month and never had such a horrible experience. The wait staff was rude and slow. rather talk to other staff members. the place was empty for a Saturday night. Haven't been here in years remember it was great then will never go back. The owner and manager were rude and disrespectful. My dinner was awful first they didn't have what I ordered took 20 minutes to find that out and the wine was wrong one and bartender didn't know how to make our drinks. Took 45 minutes to get the wine and drinks.”

• Crystal Bay is the worst restaurant ever. Management.

“I went out to eat there recently to celebrate my sister's engagement. It was the worst dining experience of my life! The food took 3 hours to be served! All of the meals were wrong, the shrimp was frozen, the chicken was burnt, and the steak that was ordered to be well done was raw. I ordered clams over linguine and was given shrimp fra diavlo. Those two meals are not even similar. They did not have the food we ordered, and instead of telling us that, they just gave us different meals. The manager was rude, service was awful, the food was literally disgusting. It took an hour to be served drinks. I will never go there again. The worst part about it all was how rude the manager was. She was completely unprofessional, sloppy looking, and just outright rude. The staff seemed to be confused at all times. It was complete chaos. The fact that the dining and kitchen staff could not handle a table was absolutely shocking. Years ago this was a great restaurant. Since under new management, it has gone down hill completely. I would not recommend this place to anyone. All of the customers were complaining. Every table was unhappy. I've gotten better service and better food at McDonald's.”

“We went there for a formal event, it was not good at all. The food was horrible, the service was horrible, which includes the owner, she was very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.”

“This diner was unbelievably expensive for what they give you. Burger was mediocre and tasteless. Waiter didnt understand basic orders. Chicken "wings" come without celery, carrot sticks or bleu cheese. Ketchup bottle was empty. We had to borrow ketchup from another table. The Sprite on tap (they have no canned soda) tasted like chlorine. Tap beer was expensive and flat and only 10 oz. They skimp on quantity of food wherever possible. Three staff members standing right at the exit could not bother to say thank you or good night or anything as we left.”

• Waitress was excellent.
• Owner/manager did not live up to their word.

“Staff did not live up to their word. Food was ok. Waitress was excellent. Long waiting time for food. Bartender did not place order for wine that was ordered, food got cold waiting for the wine to be served eventually brought (wrong) wine over and the food was already cold. Manager stated that she would comp deserts and a bottle of wine. Thought we had it worked out with manager and owner, they both promised deserts was on the house later to find out deserts were on the bill and did not even discount dinner. Very surprised on the lack of communication between owner and manager. I even sent the check over to owner/manager to check it and they did not correct it. I will not return to Crystal Bay and do not recommend it to anyone. The most disappointing dinner I have ever had. I have no problem paying hundreds of dollars for a decent meal this was far from it. There are too many places to eat to waste time returning. My dog will enjoy cold leftover dinners.”
