• The girl on the phone and the delivery driver both were very polite.
• The owner refused to take our call or field our complaints, and the food was cold and unappetizing.

“My coworkers and I ordered delivery from the restaurant. We ordered more than $80 worth of food, and it took them over an hour to bring it to us (less than a mile from the restaurant)! When we did finally get the food, it was cold and wet, and very unappetizing. The delivery driver was polite and explained that the owner delays the delivery tickets when the restaurant is busy. My coworkers and myself all agreed that this is horrible customer service. Needless to say we will not be ordering from this restaurant again and we encourage you to do the same.”

• Their food back in the 1980-1990's.
• Service and management.

“BG's used to be a very nice and respectable restaurant. I understand since its time in the 80's, it has changed hands, and you can really tell. The potato skins used to be the best around, and, I might say, the best ever; however, they changed the cheese to a Velveeta-type cheese that has very little flavor. The wait staff is younger kids who don't really care about customer satisfaction and the owner/manager is just as bad. If you want a restaurant that forgets or puts additional matter into your food (such as a staple) then go ahead and eat here, and let the manager accuse you of putting that foreign matter into your own food. This restaurant is in the business of making money, and to heck with the customers. Well, let me tell you, it is the customers that give you that money. Stay clear if you want to eat in a good restaurant.”

• Not much to say.

“Do not order for delivery, I have tried a few times with this restaurant and each time I was missing part of my order. The delivery is late and the food is cold. Each time I called to complain I get a chuckle from the young girls that answer the phone and get hung up on. I even asked to speak to a manager and the young girl said she was the manger. I fully do not recommend anyone to eat here if you want to be sure your food is either safe to eat or want to be treated with respect as a customer.”

• Excellent food, fast delivery.
• Wonton soup kind of sweet.

“The great thing about China Palace (besides the fact that the food is excellent) is that they deliver, and quickly. You'd better have your money ready when you call and place your order because they'll be there toot sweet! I have ordered deliveries from them for several years and their food is consistently excellent, the portions are generous, and it arrives hot and ready to eat. If I had to say anything negative about China Palace, I guess Id have to say that their Wonton Soup is not my favorite. It's a bit sweet for me, but friends of mine that eat it all the time say that they like the sweetness. I have eaten in the restaurant several times and the people there are very friendly, the restaurant is clean. Not much atmosphere, but they are doing the best they can. Super nice people.”
