• poor service

“Waitress was MIA for most of the night. Waited 10 min before she showed up initially, asked if we were ready to order before we even had menus, inattentive, did not offer to correct a problem with food. Food was average at best. Atmosphere and wine list are great, but the evening was ruined by horrible service and mediocre food.”

“If want great authentic Italian food go to the original Cascone's on North Oak. They hand make everything and it is to die for.”

“This is a great local place not just for neighborhood people and families but for people coming in from out of town. The food is good but the beer is especially great!”

• If you're looking for new, trendy, fancy, or gourmet, go elsewhere.

“The Quaff Bar and Grill is a family-owned traditional neighborhood bar in Quality Hill. When you're done with the trendiness and expense of the Power and Light district, head to Quaffs for a welcoming local crowd, healthy portions of good food, friendly service, and cold beer. If you want fancy and new, this is not your place. But if you're looking for a relaxed neon-lit bar room with pool, darts, and a friendly local crowd, this is a great place to hang out. Lunchtime draws a local business crowd.”

• Great location, on the plaza, nice view of the park.
• The food, service, atmosphere, and decor.

“Very disappointing experience. Dated interior, dirty silverware & glasses. The dishes are worn and look something from a cafeteria. Our food was average at best, certainly not worth the price. The stacked eggplant was interesting, but served so lukewarm it couldn't be enjoyed. The chicken spedini was dry and tasteless. Drinks are way overpriced. Our server was better suited for a fast food joint than a sit down restaurant on the Plaza. Our meal was a waste of money. Save yours and eat somewhere else.”
