• On one occasion the restaurant was not open yet, but the owner prepared my to-go order anyway... with a smile!
• It's a little off the main highway so I tend to forget about it.

“Went to this restaurant on several occasions. Was always clean and has a friendly staff. The buffet was delicious with a wide assortment of fresh dishes. I would prefer this restaurant to the other Chinese restaurants that have a buffet because they focus on quality and freshness, instead of pure volume. The iced tea was also wonderful.”

• I haven't died from eating here.
• Consistently bad management.

“I've lived in Brandon for about ten years and this is the consistently worst dining experience I¿ve had anywhere. I've gone often in the past to keep from traveling three miles to the other McDonalds. Where do they get their managers from? I can understand any business could get a "bad apple" employee. It seems this location at the intersection of spillway road and old fanning road has the worst luck with employees. Tonight was normal. The outside speaker was not working, the manager was frustrated and his shirt tail was hanging out. He looked like he could use a bath. He waved me on up to second window after I ordered and acted like he wanted to get confrontational because I couldn't hear him. He looked and acted like a thug. Eat here if you want but in all my experiences here, most have been negative. Because of the different managers over the years, I¿ve concluded it must be an owner/franchisee problem. Who else can you complain to at McDonalds to make our community better?”
