- Excellent entrees, reasonable prices, amazing appetizers.
- The distance to get there from Fargo, but well worth the drive. Lack of wines.
“I am stationed in North Dakota and had planned a romantic weekend for my girlfriend's visit from New Mexico. It was her birthday, I flew her in, had a couple gift cards for the mall, got her the most expensive hotel room in Fargo, and I had the dream engagement ring from Tiffany's. I wanted everything to be perfect; but I didn't know anything about the restaurants in the area since I drove from Minot. I found an online review for District 31 Victoria's and put my heart in it hoping that the review was accurate. We drove through a couple country roads, felt lost the entire time getting there, and my heart kind of sunk when I saw Wolverton was such a small town. But when we approached the old schoolhouse we met a tuxedo-cladded attendant in a beautiful restaurant. I couldn't have been happier with the selection. The dining experience was the perfect place for the two of us following a nervous/anxious/clumsy/happy proposal. Sandy said yes, the restaurant was a wonderful backdrop, and the dinner was something very special and memorable. I hope the District 31 Victoria's can play a integral part of big events in other dining enthusiasts' lives as well. ”

- Atmosphere, food and service.
- Not a place for children.
“District 31 Victoras although a drive for most people is worth your gas. The food is exquisite, worth every penny. The restaurant was opened in 1987 by Mark Nelson and John Oliver, and is in Wolverton's old school, which is on the national historical registry. It is reservation only, and is open Monday through Saturday nights. Some people consider this restaurant the only nice place to eat in a 200 mile radius of Fargo/Moorhead. ”
