• Nothing.
• Everything including the dried egg yolk on the plates and silverware.

“The Delhi cafe is a restaurant for someone who values very little atmosphere. I can also tell you not to eat there for breakfast because the morning/afternoon kitchen staff is filthy. The cook walked out in front to get a drink and I could not believe the apron he was wearing. He also had some type of food substance that was drooling out of his mouth. The old Greek guy that runs the place has the personality of a gyro cone, if you don't understand him he gate very agitated. I suggest going to Zeus on Pennsylvania or flap jack shack on cedar, much better value and much better food.”

• We always feel at home with the service and food is excellent!
• I cannot come up with one negative aspect.

“The Delhi cafe is an incredibly warm and friendly atmosphere. The owners are constantly around and willing to solve any problem if it arises. Problems just do not seem to surface. Parking is plentiful. This is a smoke-free environment. You can order breakfast any time of the day. There are always luncheon and dinner specials. The Delhi cafe also has a liquor license. My wife and I would find it hard to exist without restaurants of this Nature. We both love the cafe. You would find it difficult to locate a restaurant of this Nature anywhere else in the Lansing area.”
