- Excellent Subs and specialty Pizza.

“They have some Subs that about 2 feet long and much better than Subway for $10 bucks. They also make a really good BBQ Chicken Pizza.”

The Pepper Mill Grill

from Rockford
Overall Rating: 2
Food:[1] •
Service:[2] •
Atmosphere:[2]
- Parking was ample.
- Food was slow to the table and was displeased with the quality of the breakfast I ordered.
“The dark haired cook, didn't seem to get it together on my order and was quite dowdy looking to be near a cooking area. I didn't exactly feel comfortable knowing she was behind the grill cooking. She was loud behind the grill area and my food was cold and bacon was overdone and my pancakes were burnt.”

Rosie's Diner Inc

from Detroit
Overall Rating: 9

Service:[9] •
Atmosphere:[9]
- Great food, neat place, fast and friendly service.
- None.
“Rosie's Diner is a real treasure. The food is all classic diner fare, and the new owners have really upgraded the food quality and spiffed the place up. We tried the hot roast pork sandwich, the beef and noodles, and a couple of us had burgers and onion rings - all were excellent. The soups were great, too. The atmosphere is absolutely authentic diner, and just really cool. The other diner building attached has now been refurbished and opened as a nice sports bar. We will go out of our way to eat here when we travel to the Lake Michigan shoreline, which we do frequently.”
