- Nice staff other than the owner.
- The owner needs to move back to NY.

- Art on the walls.
- Food, excessive heat, had fans throughout restaurant.
“Cubans WAS one of my favorites restaurants...until yesterday - sent the pseudo-Sangria back - had fruit cocktail and horrible cheap red wine. Food used to be impressive - would consider everything bland. Actually asked hostess if chef was changed because it was that bad - I believe the restaurant has very high turnover and ergo why it has gone downhill in the past year.”

- Fairly fast, friendly service; plenty of comfortable seating.
- Food sometimes harks a bit too much of the steam table or reheatery.
“Average in all respects. Portions are generous for most dishes, but average in culinary quality. Service is reasonably fast and polite, but again, simply average for this type of eatery. Plenty of comfortable seating, and reasonably friendly service and management. Very limited menu for vegetarian/vegan preferences, especially for a Chinese restaurant. But if you have to eat near White Oak, this isn't a bad choice.”

- Other than the owner the wait staff is very friendly.
- The owner is unwilling to admit he made a mistake.
“While the food and servers are great, the owner leaves much to be desired. Our team went out for dinner tonight after the game. We were told that we would have to wait a little, as our group was too large. I myself had two children with me so I went inside to try to order so that I could get the kids home at a decent hour. When I went inside, a waiter said, he could split our group into a table of five and a table of seven. I approached the rest of our team with the idea and they all agreed as the table we were told would be leaving soon was taking their time, as was their right. When the table I ordered at ordered our food, I was at first going to have my own check as had I and two children to order for. The waiter, who turns out to be the owner, asked us if it was ok if he put us on the same check to make it easier for him. Our table agreed to have our check together. In turn, when I asked for the check to pay for our table, it turns out that he put both tables on the same check. When I approached him to have this corrected, he argued that when he first asked us to put us on the same check, he specifically stated the whole group, which was in fact not what he stated and when the three adults at my table tried to get clarification he just argued and said it was to late to separate the checks as he did not know who ordered what. I questioned the price of the pizzas as it was half price pizza night and he stated that if only the first pizza is half price and all other pizzas are full price and was very arrogant as he pointed to print in the menu stating such. We did not understand as our table, which did not socialize at all with the other table during our dinner experience, only ordered one pizza 30 wings and 4 soft drinks. He then stated that he would have not allowed our group to be split up (although our group would have crossed the street and went to McDonalds before we waited an hour for service) because he is the owner (stated in a higher than thou manner) and that in turn we would have all been on the same ticket and then continued his argument that we agreed in the beginning to be on the same check. Due to the in ability of this establishment to work with the customer, I and many of my teammates will not frequent this establishment again, as if there is a problem the owner, not the paying customer, is always right.”
