• 75% of the food we ate, and the prices.

“It seemed like a nice place from the outside, and we did get a good view of the water sitting on the porch, but the food was entirely something else. We started off with the fried calamari appetizer which was excellent, especially the aioli that comes with it. I went on to order just a side Caesar salad and a large bowl of the Maryland Vegetable Crab Soup. The salad - nothing special, not expected to be. The soup tasted like Campbell's beef vegetable soup with what could have been crab, but also could have been crab flavored chicken. It was really difficult to tell. I had to try real hard to discern any hint of crab flavor in it. My mom ordered the Cream of Crab soup, which she took one bite of and said that was enough. She also ordered the Fried Oyster Caesar salad. Being a huge fan of oysters - raw, fried, any which way they're made - she can tell when she eats a bad one, and it had more than one bad oyster on it. That led to feelings of bad nausea shortly after leaving the restaurant, and I'm surprised she wasn't sicker. The service - nothing special. We weren't blown away, but they did the job. I think the best thing about the restaurant was the view, but would I go again? Not a chance. Would I recommend it to someone? No way. Quite honestly, it makes me think of a place you'd visit before knowing that there were better restaurants just a little further away. I hope never to make that mistake again.”

• Paper plates and very high prices.

“Very high prices, especially on summer weekends. Paper plates and plastic cups at 5 star prices. This is a tourist trap on the weekends. Good food but only go Monday - Thursday.”
