• The location is convenient.
• The manager is rude.

“Went to this store yesterday and the parking lot was extremely icy. I saw a pregnant lady trying to walk there and she almost fell three times. It was brought to my attention that someone called up to the store and let them know that the parking lot was icy and that they were concerned with pregnant women and elderly folks walking around up there. This person was told, "Yeah, I know its icy" and then hung up on her. I find that rather rude and inconsiderate of their customers. I wonder how well the owner of this franchise would feel if some pregnant lady fell and lost her baby or an elderly person had fallen and ended up in the hospital. I sure hope they do something about this.”
