- Location good breakfast.
- Everything else.
“Dust bunnies the size of tumble weeds under the bed linens that scratched until it hurt Beautiful teak Smith and Hawkins lawn furniture was so full of mold you could not sit there along with green coming out of the fountain. Surrounding gardens had so much promise but no one had pulled a weed in years view of dump from the gardens broken stained glass front door remodel of bathroom never finished Room AC was 10 - 20 years and full of spores. Floor molding not seen a dust mop or a wipe since the pilgrims landed.”

Overall Rating: 10

Atmosphere:[10]
- The flavors of summer - people watching - the raw bar - cold beer.
- Cannot do much about loud tourist children. Comes with the territory.
“I have been going to Clem and Ursies for years and every year there's something new! The buzz that surrounds C&U is fantastic! An eclectic mix of people and anything you can imagine is on the menu! Take it home or eat it there and, if your lucky, get a chance to dine with the big man himself! I love ya man! Do not make the mistake of missing this gem at the tip of the Cape! ”

Lobster Pot

- Eclectic dishes; friendly staff.
- What happened to a good old plate of fried seafood?
“We were looking for a good seafood restaurant. Lobster Pot was good, but tended to be a bit "over the top" with some of it's creations. On the other hand, some of their selections were to die for! Tables at the Top of the Pot tended to be crowded together, so often you felt like you were intruding on diners already at their table when seated so close to them. Wait staff was delightful, friendly, and more than happy to accommodate patrons with special requests.”

- View, atmosphere, food, Fabulous Thomas!, Not meant for children.
- A little pricier than we're used to.
“If you're looking for a quiet, romantic place for dinner and cost isn't an issue, visit the Red Inn. We were there on the 3rd night of its opening for the season 2006, and we couldn't get a reservation. However, we were given the option of sitting at the bar, which affords you the same view and the same menu, but as an added bonus we got the Fabulous Thomas as our bartender. The food was better than wonderful; it was superb!!!”
