• Waitress was accommodating.
• Food was terrible.

“Went with a party of 5 for a special occasion. We all had the prime rib. Two were undercooked and had to be sent back. When they returned they were still cold. We could not cut the meat and the waitress noticed and sent them back again. Still came back with a bad one. Only thing that came with the meal was a potato and bread. No salad or veggie. That had to be purchased separate. Won't be going back.”

• We loved the new dishes, one was chicken with a nice sauce, artichokes, green beans, and mashed potatoes. And the other was a new pasta. YUMMY.
• A lot of kitchen noise later in the evening, so I success you go in earlier and not around closing time.

“We had a wonderful time at Bertuccis, we always go there and the same waitress was there. We have never had bad service with any of the wait staff. The food is great and it always comes out nice and hot. The prices are the best in the area. It only ran us about forty dollars for two people, that was with wine.”

• The best pizza and friendly staff.
• There isn't a place to sit inside.

• Menu was limited but great.
• We had a large group that had to be split into 2 tables.

“Super nice wait staff, excellent food, teas was superb, all my girlfriends had a blast, we stayed for 3 hours and all had dessert that was to die for!”

• Food is delicious.
• Occasional service problems.

“It¿s got really great food and a nice atmosphere but I have had trouble with the service before. The pizza is wonderful and a great place to go with your girlfriend sometime.”
