- Staff great and food delicious.
- None.
“We were at the restaurant following the electric outages. The hostess was wonderful. Our assigned waitress was perfect. We were 2 adults and 3 children. The waitress treated the children ages 3 to 13 great. The food brought to all was wonderful. The Capellilini's special with shrimp, artichoke hearts, tomato, mushrooms and black olives served with a light wine sauce was extremely tasty. The children's meals were enjoyed. Highly recommend this restaurant.”

- I love this place.
- I can't say anything except it can get busy on the weekend but they are fast.
“Ok I have been going to this restaurant for a while. Being Italian there is nothing like sitting down and enjoying a great meal. My sisters, mom, aunt, and even my grandma go there almost every sat. I can tell you this everyone is so welcoming you really feel like your at home there. The food is amazing I have never had a bad meal. The shrimp Scampi is awesome! That is my favorite. So if you live in the area or you are ever in Methuen stop in and have a great meal!”

- The authenticity of the food.
- Sometimes the wait, especially on Sunday mornings.
“Want authentic Italian food? They have calzones that are out of this world. You can call ahead and they will heat them up and slice them. The bread is fresh and inexpensive. I even got a bread stick so hot the butter melted on it even after I took it home. Their cannolli's are made fresh, not sitting in the display case. All of the pastries are delicious; I've had the éclairs and carrot cake. They have theme cookies; right now they have Patriot's cookies. They have cakes and pizzas too. Sometimes you have to wait in line, but it is worth it! There is a gelato store in the same building, too.”

- Heavenly Donuts makes life worth living.
- I no longer live close enough to enjoy it.
“I admit that I grew up within 1/4 mile of Heavenly Donuts, but let me be clear: I am a relentless critic of all things donuts. They make me laugh, they make me cry. I eat them again and again. And I judge donut shops across the country harshly. Nevertheless, out of all the donut shops in all the world, this one is simply the best. In the land where Dunkin Donuts is king (it was founded in Mass.) Heavenly Donuts is a step above. I love Dunkin Donuts myself, but never in my whole life have I been to one that compared to Heavenly. The staff is friendly and fantastic, the food they have is marvelous. It is transcendent. Every once in a while we stumble across something special. Heavenly is that place.”
