• The fountain drinks are to die for lol.
• Horrible, dirty, trash everywhere, cold old food, bad attitudes, slow.

“This is the worst fast food place ever, how do you call your self burger king and never have Hamburg and only chicken. Also don't go here if you want food fast because every time I've been here I've been here I aged ten years lol.”

• Excellent portions, great classic diner atmosphere.
• Add on dining room detracts a bit from diner experience.

“Classic diner experience - an old Worcester dining car co. Diner in the downtown area of Lowell. I have enjoyed the hot cakes and omelet¿s there in the past - the coffee is good and hot.”

• Dessert was the only acceptable part of the experience.
• Overall experience, food, presentation, service, atmosphere- not good

“From the moment we walked in, the experience got progressively worse. We were seated in the back and I had a view of the kitchen. There was a dead fly in my water glass. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks! The eggplant appetizer was salty! The presentation of the main course was non-existent. Nothing on the white plate, not even a sprig of parsley! The bread was nothing to rave about and barely warm. The roast pepper spread was bland. My friend and I spent $120.00 on a meal that was DEFINITELY not what we are used to having dined at Michael Timothy's, Surf, etc. I WON'T BE BACK!”
