• The owner is cheap but can be cordial.
• Most everything.

“This restaurant was pretty good when it first opened but is hardly worth a trip or the money now-a-days. They are stingy and the quality/taste leaves much to be desired! The restaurant across the street has much better food. Not great though. But Iron Chef is low quality and overpriced with small portions and when the owner isn't around, the people he leaves in charge like the wife of the sushi chef are rude and unprofessional. They used to be packed, but the parking lot is empty these days which should tell you a little something, something! I don't recommend this place.”

• Food is great.
• Owners children are on site and can be noisy at times.

“Li's brothers is one of the best Sushi restaurants in the Hartford / Springfield area. The food is always fresh. The hot food is great also.”

• Good and attentive service.
• Not the same as before. Food of lower quality.

“This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I have found that these days the food quality is not the same. The sushi is not as good or fresh, a lot of pre cooked dishes that taste reheated. They keep Toro in their menu even though they never have it. Since you may bring your own drink be careful with the way servers handle your wine. A brought a beautiful bottle of Pinot Noir, they placed the bottle in the freezer. The wine was ice cold. Too bad!”

• Crowdedness.

“Rinaldis is a quick little bite to eat! The food is good, and the portions are very generous. It feels crowded however. It is not too fancy, but it is many, many steps away from fast food. The prices are fair for the most part!”

• Friendly owner.
• Sushi portions.

“Iron chef used to be one of the best sushi places around. Over the past year or so the sushi portions have become miniscule, with a very thin sliver of fish on top of a very small rice serving. It is hard to even get any fish taste from it given the serving size. Owner very friendly. Would love to recommend the food, but the sushi is a terrible value for the money these days. Non sushi food still pretty good, but can be inconsistent.”
