• Good quality, service and tasty.
• Dark walls, dim lighting.

“The Golden Swan is owned and operated by a family from India. The food is authentic and well prepared. There is an extensive menu and most dishes can be prepared as mild, medium or hot. We had four different items and Nan and all were tasty. They serve wine and beer. The service was excellent with helpful, informed and efficient staff. The decor has not changed from the old Golden Swan, dark walls, not much lighting; some light silks on the walls or removal of the dark wood would really improve the atmosphere..”

• Service was bad.

“The food was great but the service was terrible! Our servers dropped off the food and never came back to see if we needed anything or even to refill our drinks. We sat there finished eating waiting for 15 minutes before they came over to ask if we were finished. Then it was another 10 minutes before we got the check and another 10 before they returned with the credit card slip to sign. The food was also a little overpriced.”

• I like how everything is made to order right in front of you.
• Small location.

“I'm from California, and have traveled a bit. I now live in ma and have never tasted anything so awesome as these sandwich's on bagels. Ingenious. Would definitely recommend the food. Very filling with reasonable prices on everything. Everything is fresh, which is sometimes questionable with franchises. Good eats! Depending on your receipt number you could receive 4 bagels free of charge as well.”

• Only Indian cuisine in area; most dishes excellent.
• Atmosphere is dark and dismal. Not dirty, but not exciting.

“Recent change in ownership they now serve Indian cuisine and everything Ive had on the past 3 visits has been very good (the Samosas were a bit heavy and oily, but the Pappadums and Nan very light). Has a dark 'hunting lodge' style of interior and is in need of a serious update, but they're just starting out. Definitely worth a visit.”
