- Yes, the ceilings are attractive.
- Not knowing whether to wait for staff or seat ourselves.
“Always on the lookout for satisfying local fare and atmosphere we were disappointed with the service and some of the food here. The service staff was anything but friendly, never returned to check on us, even for beverage refills until we were about ready to leave, and seemed like they were being forced to be there. The pancakes were doughy and bland, and were not helped in the least by the sugary artificial syrup. The home fries were lukewarm at best, the scrambled eggs pale, dry, and overcooked, and the whole two-tiny-portion-control-butter-cups-per-two-massive-pancakes thing very chain-y. Expecting more home-cooked goodness and service from such a place we left there with a vow not to return any time soon.”
