“Both locations are awful, The owner swears, yells and screams at employees and customers alike. Both locations are extremely loud, not a place for family dining, especially for kids. Parking in Norton is a nightmare not to mention a hazard.”

- Reasonable prices for good food.
- One of the waitresses is so slow. The large lady with the dark hair, avoid her and everything will be just fine.
“Love this local restaurant. Everyone knot's everyone. Small restaurant with wonderful food. Can not go wrong there. Highly recommend.”

“My husband and I go to Emma's once or twice a month. We think for the price they charge you get more than your share of food. We always try to get something new to try. We have met some nice people there. As far as service, we almost always had great service except for one bartender.”

- Close to road so you can exit quick!
- The food stank, service was horrible.
“Don't believe the good review. We went to Emma's having seen it on TV. I have to be honest... it stank. The food was terrible, greasy and tasteless. I had a Philly cheese steak sub which was full of oil and gristle, my daughter had fish and chips. No wonder it was 'all you can eat. The fish was terrible and the fries cold. Hubby had a pity burger. The portions are not huge at all and the prices are nothing spectacular, especially for the bad food. The server was clueless too and took forever to get our check (15 minutes - I kid you not!) I would never go back and would definitely not suggest any one else tried it. I have a feeling that Emma's was not just having an off day, that this is just what they serve as since I have been I have read other reviews that suggest their experience was no better.”

- Great food; outstanding portions and value.
- Service was slow.
“My wife and I visited Emma's for the first time, during the middle of the Patriot's football season. We were able to sit outside, under the canopy, though it was a little chilly inside was jammed and the hopes of getting a table were small. I ordered the all-you-can-eat fish and chips and she had the vegetable stir fry. It took a while for the food to arrive and we got chillier by the moment-shame on us, perhaps, for not waiting for an inside table, but the interior was very noisy. When it arrived, the food was tremendous-portions and quality were great.”
