• Can't think of anything.

“I was very thrilled with the atmosphere. The old school, what a concept! Food was absolutely delicious, desserts were wonderful. Service was great. It's a great place just to go, much better than letting a cool old building just sit there. Wonderful idea - please keep the doors open!”

• Sometimes good bib.
• bib is not always that good. instant potatoes & gravy.

“BBQ ribs, chicken and pulled pork at times are good. However: many times the quality of meat used has too much fat and is of poorer quality. If it were consistently good, I would give a better rating. THE SIDES: Boxed desserts, some over done assorted vegetable salads. Store bought rolls. Maybe the baked beans are homemade! For an "all you can eat" buffet, the "cook" and the employees have an eagle eye on the buffet and are constantly moving mixing and basically standing in your way while they are messing with the food. The Hickory Hut in Salina serves consistently better BBQ.”

• The food was really great and plenty of it!
• Not open more days of the week.

“Very good food and the value is wonderful. This place reminds you of grandma's cooking yum yum! Go hungry and leave full! You have to leave room for there delicious deserts they really are the best!”
