“George's is the best restaurant ever. If you haven't eaten there you haven't done anything. The view from the roof is indescribable. It's like nothing else in the world. Not to mention the food is great, too. Go there.”

  • Service and mediocre food.

“We went to Trattoria Aqua for our wedding anniversary dinner. Our waiter did not care to bring a bread basket to the table. He did not bother to check up on our drinks. The food was average and again there was no service once the food was served. We did write a note behind the bill, but we wanted to write this review , as we had put a lot of planning for the special evening and thanks to the poor service , we're left with a sour taste and would never recommend this place to anyone.”

  • The waitress was super-which is good because they guide you through your at table cooking.
  • Parking is difficult in that area.

“I took my husband the La Jolla location of this restaurant--It was fun, the atmosphere was romantic and the chocolate turtle dessert fondue was awesome! We'd definitely go back.”

  • Long wait for food.

“We went on Saturday so the place was almost empty yet we were seated in far back. Service was very slow but the sandwiches were good. Local beers were very good. Maybe the atmosphere is better when there are more people but it seemed like a big barn and not very inviting or comfortable.”
