  • Tasty food, friendly staff, wonderful family atmosphere.
  • Can't think of anything!

“This is 2008, and we are still talking about the meal we ate here in the summer of 2003. I was driving from New York to Los Angeles with three kids, trying to avoid the interstates. We had the most delicious lunch here, fluffy mashed potatoes, fried chicken, chocolate cake. If we are ever anywhere near Shipshewana we will definitely detour to return.”

  • Atmosphere and prices are very reasonable.
  • Kind of crowded for lunch during flea market season.

“Quaint little restaurant that we love to go to every visit to Shipshewana for a quiet but delicious breakfast. The sausage gravy is a favorite! We like to set and visit and enjoy the atmosphere after we are done with our meal.”
