• It is close to another restaurant, that serves decent food.
• There were roaches in my food.

“I have had horrible service every time I have been here. Not to mention substandard food quality. I went to the restroom there in August and was using the restroom, when I walked in, it reeked! I was washing my hands when the Manager, appeared from one of the stalls. He quickly walked back into the kitchen. Yes you heard me right. He never washed his hands! I walked by the kitchen and noticed him making a pizza. When I sat (feeling nausea) I look at our pizza and saw something under the cheese. a roach. We left without saying anything.”

• Nice building, hope someone can train staff.
• Slow service, untrained staff.

“After this evening I will never go back. Let me start by stating this is one of if not the nicest restaurants in Fairfield in terms of Atmosphere. While it is not the Cheesecake Factory, it has nice hardwood floors, stained glass windows, and beautiful bar (upstairs). The stairway is another issue and the noise level is high when they are busy. However, 2 weeks ago I visited this restaurant with 3 friends and the service was slow, 2 1/2 dinner. That's not including the fact that the appetizer never came and drink refills are rare. Willing to give it another chance, tonight's outing was worse. Surf & turf with the wrong fish and when it came to the "free dessert" to fix it, the dessert never came. 3 Hrs this time and not one soda refill.”

• Food always good.
• A bit loud when busy.

“The atmosphere can be a bit noisy after 8 pm when they are busy but this restaurant is first class ceiling to floor. The owner's are very gracious. Food is the best in town. Steaks are great, chicken parmesan is great, desserts are wonderful. It is non smoking although you have to walk through the bar which is smoking to enter the restaurant located upstairs. You would think you were in New York once in the restaurant. They have a good chef and the food is very consistent in quality. Highly recommended.”

• Pretty classy for a bar. Very clean, lots of thought and love went into its overall look.
• Music can be kind of loud at times. But, hey, it's a bar.

“Nice, dark bar downstairs. Great atmosphere, good at throwing creative and fun theme/holiday parties. The new restaurant is one of the prettiest restaurants I've ever been in. Great lunch menu. You're getting high quality food, for a very low price. Looks like a nice place to throw a wedding reception or business meeting. The husband and wife that own the place are there often, and are very involved with customer satisfaction. I'm happy to say that I'm a regular there.”

• Music and lots of good alcohol.
• Prices can be a bit high.

“See I would rather hit the bar downstairs then the restaurant upstairs. On Friday and Saturday nights the bar downstairs is alive with people. Its awesome. One of the best bars in town!! Plus it helps the music is always really loud and really cool. ”
