- Food & service.
- Liked the setting better at their old place on south story.
“Much better since they no longer allow smoking. Excellent good.”

“We have been coming here regularly for many years. A good all around family restaurant. Good food, good service, and a comfortable place to be for a meal.”

- Nothing I can think of.
- Let me count the problems with the restaurant.
“I have lived in Boone for almost two years and I have rarely gone to this restaurant and not had my order messed up in one way or another from the wrong food to the wrong drink to getting someone elses order twice! Speed is not in their vocabulary, it takes a long time to get waited on and your food. The place gives a whole new meeting to fast food; a little competition would certainly put this place under. They put in a dual drive through a while back. The other day there was one car in each lane I pulled up behind one and when it moved I pulled up to the speaker, where I was asked to wait the other car pulled forward and I waited. Meanwhile another car pulled up and was helped I waited for 3 more minutes another car pulled up and was helped then I was helped after a total of 7 minute of waiting considering there were only two cars there when I pulled up. Someone please tell me what the purpose of a dual drive through is even when they are busy the cars don't move faster it is often a confusion as to which vehicle can go next but the line does not move any faster. I for one have had enough of this restaurant. I will find somewhere else to eat. A drive to AME (20 mile away) is certainly worth avoiding the hassles of the restaurant. .”
